What personal data is collected and for what purposes?

When you use our platform and/or website, we collect and process personal data about you such as :

name, surname, town and country, telephone number and e-mail address for all answers to your contact requests introduced via our form

The personal data collected from you on our platform is intended for SCT's own use and may be passed on to subcontractors that SCT may call upon in the course of providing its services. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes under any circumstances.

How is your personal data protected?

SCT ensures the security of your personal data by setting up a protection of the data by the use of physical and logical means of securing so that the collected personal data are neither lost, nor diverted, nor consulted, nor modified nor revealed by unauthorized third parties except if the communication of these data is imposed by the regulation in force, in particular with the request of a legal authority, of police force, of gendarmerie or of any other authority authorized by the law.

The security of personal data also depends on the Users. Users agree to keep their login and password confidential. Users also agree not to share their account and to report to SCT any unauthorized use of their account when they become aware of such use.

Rights of the persons concerned

In accordance with the regulations in force, the Users of SCT have the following rights:

right of access and rectification
update and completeness of the data
the right to block or delete personal data when they are inaccurate, incomplete, ambiguous, outdated, or whose collection, use, communication or storage is prohibited
right to withdraw consent at any time
right to limit the processing of user data
right to object to the processing of personal data
right to the portability of the data provided by the users, when such data are subject to automated processing based on their consent or contract.
